The lady is finally taking baby steps…

Some days are great and there are other days. There is one trick I have learned over the years: write down at least five things you are grateful for, even the simplest ones, each day. That's it! You only need five things to rewire your brain to think that life is not so bad after all. It's just a day, not your entire life.


I am in a valley of emotions, patiently waiting for the sunshine to come.

Do you know those days when you don’t want to use the word depressed and lonely, but you have no better words to describe them except those? Those days when you just want to pack your bags and go somewhere else? Those days when you feel like isolating yourself in your cocoon for a while? Those days when you feel like you are racing with your mind and your thoughts feel unmanageable? Those days when you just want someone to hold you and tell you that everything is going to be okay? Are you having those days too?

The storm that cleared my path

Life is unpredictable. Life is chaos. We will cross paths and bump into something unpleasant. But such is life and that what makes life worthwhile. So follow what your heart and gut say. Cross the line you have set for yourself. Go for that crazy idea of yours. Leave your nest and spread your wings. After all, we only have one life but million doors to open.
